SOTERTEX face covers are 3D ergonomic designed with materials, which bring together high breathability with engineered breathing room and skin comfort.

This highly performed face cover Copper+ & V9 achieve the same standard of surgical mask, ASTM F2100-19 Level 2. Tests were conducted by Nelson Labs in the United States and other professional laboratories in Europe and Singapore, meeting both Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) and Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) ≥98%. The flagship model Copper+ is infused with ionized copper for the natural anti-bacterial property, reducing over 99% bacteria, and it is also water repellent.

Our face covers are washable and reusable. The functional properties are maintained up to 60 hand washes.

Please note for use as a face cover to reduce the chance of the wearer coming into contact with harmful particles, viruses, and bacteria (down to size 0.1 micron for models of Copper+ & V9; and 3 micron for V11 model). It also reduces the spread of the wearer’s respiratory droplets. This face cover is not intended for medical use. It is not a substitute for physical distancing and hand washing. 3. Where should I wear SOTERTEX face cover?

You are encouraged to wear a face cover in your daily life when and wherever you go out such as shopping or in any public settings.

4. How do we wear the face cover?

• Wash your hands before putting on your face cover
• Put it over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin
• Use the adjusters on the ear loops to fit it snugly against the sides of your face
• Make sure you can breathe easily
• Don't put the mask around your neck or up on your forehead
• Don't touch the mask, and, if you do, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer to disinfect

5. How do we remove the face cover?

• Stretch the ear loops and remove it from your ears
• Handle only by the ear loops
• Fold outside corners together
• Wash the face cover
• Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose, and mouth when removing and wash hands immediately after removing

6. How do we wash the face cover?

• Please wash the face cover by hand
• Wash separately
• Soak in lukewarm water with gentle detergent for 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly with clean water
• Do not use antiseptic detergents or bleach
• Flat dry only
• Do not iron

7. How often do I need to wash SOTERTEX face cover?

For hygiene reasons, you are recommended to wash the face cover daily after used, or wash it when the face cover becomes dirty or wet.
